It always seems we have more pleas to God than praising him. I have challenged my students from the college and career class at my church today to start a prayer journal. In doing this, I am also challenging myself. So that is why this blog was created today. It is my first attempt ever at a blog!
Prayers-
1. Larry-Someone I know from work-His 17 year old son in accident, hitting and killing a man mowing grass. His brother in a relationship over the internet, and his father is in poor health.
2. Barb-A lady I work with-her husband is having difficulty at work with the bosses son.
3. Penny-My bestest friend in the world, her father has terminal cancer and does not know the Lord.
4.My daughter-17-her relationship with her boyfriend, and she is going to Guatemala next week for one week.
5. My husband and I are leading a college and career ministry at church. We pray for revival in this age group.
6.My husband has a job interview this week for a promotion in his company.
7.Our car situation. DD had an accident with only car we have-still drivable though. DS totaled (that is why we only have 1) We need 2 cars and fix the one we have.
Praises-
1. I got a promotion at work!
2. DD did not get hurt in accident.
3.I started exercising and feel better. I actually have a desire to do it! Thank you Lord!!!
4.I praise God for my family! I have two wonderful children and a wonderful, loving, supportive husband.
I told you that there are always more petitions than praises!
Well have a blessed day!
